This set of marketing visualizations was developed for a residential project located in the scenic landscape beneath Spiš Castle. The developer needed a comprehensive visual package to support property sales – including exterior views, full interior scenes, and a location integration into an aerial photo.

Our team was responsible for both the visualization and interior design, tailoring the layout to meet the expectations of modern family living. Special attention was given to the day zone, where we incorporated a playful children's corner as a visual and spatial highlight. The use of light wood tones, soft textures, and thoughtful detailing aimed to create a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere.

Exterior visualizations were designed to show the house in context, with the distant silhouette of Spiš Castle intentionally framed as part of the composition. Surrounding greenery, lighting, and camera angles were chosen to enhance the calm, suburban mood of the neighborhood. A drone photo with CGI overlay was also prepared to help the client clearly communicate the development's scale and position within the site.
