PV Recreational Complex

‍‍This project involved the complete 3D development of a recreational lakeside complex, created for our long-time partners Allcity under their creative supervision. The scope included both exterior and interior visualizations, with all surroundings – including the lake, terrain, vegetation, and distant environment – fully modeled and composed in 3D.

Our task was to provide high-quality marketing visuals that not only illustrate the masterplan but also communicate atmosphere and emotional appeal. The exterior shots were carefully staged to capture various times of day and weather conditions, ensuring the architecture blends naturally into its forested and lakeside context.

The interiors were designed in-house by our team, with a focus on relaxed comfort and soft, Nordic-inspired aesthetics. We paid special attention to lighting design, color balance and detailed material definition to ensure consistency between the interior and exterior scenes. All camera angles and views from the windows were rendered from the same unified 3D environment, allowing us to deliver a photorealistic and contextually accurate presentation.
