Residental Development under Spiš Castle

For this residential project situated in the unique landscape beneath the iconic Spiš Castle, our studio was commissioned to create a full set of marketing visualizations covering both exteriors and interiors. The developer's brief emphasized the integration of the surrounding nature and the distant castle silhouette, which we incorporated directly into the visual storytelling of each image.

The entire exterior environment – from the topography and road network to vegetation and contextual elements – was modeled in 3D to ensure full control over lighting, reflections, and composition. Our visuals capture a variety of moments throughout the day, helping the investor communicate the atmosphere and potential of the site to future buyers.

The interior design was also developed by our team, tailored specifically to the spatial logic and architectural language of the houses. Natural textures, warm earthy tones, and clean lines reflect the calm rural surroundings while maintaining a high standard of modern living. Great attention was given to daylight dynamics and material detail to ensure a cohesive and realistic transition between interior and exterior views.
